TekStop is searching for a professional, customer-service oriented technician to join our team!
The residential services technician is responsible for providing end-to-end services and solutions to residential clientele. Their focus is in providing clients an excellent customer service experience while implementing repairs and solutions for immediate and future needs. As a secondary responsibility, they will provide service to commercial clientele when needed.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork on-site and remote service tickets as assigned and scheduledProvide consultative services for residential clients, including sales of new solutionsTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesDeliver and install new IT equipmentOther ResponsibilitiesAssist with service tickets for commercial clienteleAct as company representative at business meetings, as neededRequirementsMust hold current CompTIA A+ certificationMust have reliable transportation to travel to client locations and carry equipment and toolsProfessional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skillsMust be familiar with and support the following;
