Job Description:
Eric & Sons is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. This full-time position (40 hours per week with available overtime) offers the opportunity to work in a fun, supportive environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve fireplace issues in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
Start up fireplaces and provide homeowners with clear, concise instructions on their proper use.
Service fireplaces, fire features, and grills, ensuring all work is done to the highest standard.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
Basic tool and meter familiarity is required; experience in gas plumbing or electrical work is a valuable bonus.
