This is a full-time position; The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of Operating Equipment and 5 Years of Foreman Experience.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise grading crew members to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and within deadlines.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized paperwork, including daily logs and work orders.
Efficiently manage grading operations, including planning and organizing work schedules, material requirements, and equipment usage.
Participate in grading activities, including fine grading, excavation, and slope stabilization.
Operate scraper, motor grader, Excavator, Mini Ex, Loader and Gannon efficiently and effectively to grade surfaces to required specifications.
Grading parking lots, driveways, and roadways required. Layout jobs, able to shoot grades, coordinate trucks, and run crew.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
Proficiency in paperwork management, including daily logs, work orders, and safety documentation.
Knowledge of grading techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grading specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Proven experience operating Equipment.
5-10 years in construction industry preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Have a clean driving record with a valid license.
