As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment in residential homes. You will work closely with our service team to ensure installations meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork.
Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and up to code.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining system functions and maintenance tips to clients.
Maintain accurate records of installations and services provided.
Adhere to safety guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC installer or technician.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
EPA certification (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
