Fann Environmental, LLC - Northern Arizona’s leading environmental solutions contractor us looking for new team members to work as Equipment Operators, Pipe Layers, Pipe Fitters, and Laborers for construction contracts in the Prescott and Central Arizona areas.
Fann Environmental, LLC is an Arizona based construction company specializing in alternative procurement projects, providing construction, engineering, construction management, consulting services. Our services include operation, maintenance, design, and construction of water and wastewater systems, booster/lift stations, treatment plants, water production and distribution facilities.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAFELY works to dig, lay and backfill many different sizes and types of pipe including C-900, Schedule 40 and 80 PVC, CPVC, HDPE, CMP, RCP, ductile Iron, various valve assemblies, fire hydrants, copper services etc.
A solid knowledge of grade stakes and installing all wet and dry utilities to include water, sewer, electrical etc.
Sets and checks grades for utility lines, manholes, pump stations etc.
Works well with others able to follow direction.
Able to be a reliable and punctual person, follow schedules.
Uses small compaction equipment such as plate tamp, Jumping Jacks and trench rollers.
Qualified candidates will also operate heavy equipment in the dig, lay, backfill operation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Prefer a minimum of two or more years of experience.

Be physically qualified for lifting and moving heavy items over rough, uneven terrain.
Have knowledge of using laser levels, builder’s level (aka transit) and engineers tape measure.
Must be a team player, self-starter and should be familiar with basic city and county codes.
Not all positions require the operation of heavy equipment.
Training may available for the right candidates.
