Small jewelry studio seeks production assistant. Part-time, 15-hours/week. Jerome location. Duties include punching/cutting/sanding/grinding/finishing metal shapes; assembling of jewelry; application of patinas and finishes.
No heavy lifting.
Job requires focus, attention to detail, good hand/eye coordination, ability to perform repetitive tasks. Good sense of proportion. No issues with fingers/hands/wrists/arms/neck/shoulders/back.
No experience in jewelry fabrication necessary — will train. $14.35/hour start for untrained worker. Wage rapidly increased with mastery of skill-sets to $20.00+/hour.
