We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Construction Project Manager - Superintendent on our team.
The position’s primary objective is to schedule and coordinate with all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, including pre-construction meetings, coordinating with subcontractors and other vendors, provide day to day quality assurance management for construction projects, to ensure that all final finishing details are accounted for and final inspections are passed.
Job Description:
Oversee onsite subcontractors to ensure deficiencies are completed.
Hold onsite team meetings with subcontractors to set schedule and guidelines for tasks
Ensure all finishing aspects of the home are of the highest quality
Provide weekly status updates
Make sure all schedules for completion are met
Uphold quality standards and provide sub-contractors with feedback on typical deficiencies found
Coordinate sub-contractors to complete defects and repairs throughout the project
Ensure sub-contractor deficiency work is being completed as efficiently as possible
Attend weekly on-site construction meetings to review sub-contractor work and schedules
Place and fill all supply orders. (if needed)
Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have residential construction experience
A good understanding of residential construction as you will work closely with the construction department and various trades onsite
The ideal candidate can read blueprints and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people in the construction trades.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be reliable
