Kinetic Sunlight LLC is the sister company of Static Steel, a premiere steel solar carport contractor, now expanding into the electrical scope of solar carport installation. We are seeking an experienced solar technician to join our dynamic and expanding team. The ideal candidate is driven, motivated, organized, and have a mechanical aptitude. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate who is able to travel with the team to 100% of job site locations, the majority of which are in California. The ideal candidate is looking to learn and develop into a leadership position.
Qualifications:
- Experience installing solar energy systems, including panels, support structures, and electrical components
- Knowledge of solar panel wiring, inverter installations, solar batteries, and battery management systems
- Experience evaluating installation areas, mapping out installation steps, and identify potential hazards
- Knowledge of solar systems, electrical work, reading blueprints, and system maintenance
- Experience testing newly installed systems to confirm full functionality
- Experience with both DC and AC scopes of work
