Father Daughter Construction is hiring a Foreman to oversee daily operations for our remodel and construction projects. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep jobs moving on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and coordinate field crews on residential and commercial remodels.
Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and running efficiently.
Read and interpret plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
Communicate clearly with Project Manager, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Track materials, labor hours, and progress reports.
Solve problems in real time and keep projects on schedule.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in construction or remodel leadership.
Strong understanding of framing, finish work, and general construction practices.
Ability to lead teams with respect, clarity, and accountability.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
