Administrative SpecialistQueen Creek, AZHybrid after first 90 daysAs an Administrative Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG). You will be accountable for managing change order logs, managing RFI logs, managing submittal logs, managing material inventory logs, managing delay claim process for documentation, managing project site to log received document changes and assign to members of the team, scheduling meetings, managing daily reports, managing HSE documents and handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the CORP SBG. You will report directly to our Project Director, and you'll work out of our Queen Creek, AZ location on a daily basis In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the CORP SBG by providing timely and accurate administrative support. Your contributions will help streamline processes, improve communication, and facilitate the successful execution of corporate initiatives.
