Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly serviceEnsure the overall maintenance of the facilityMonitor preventative maintenance programs on property, inspect completed PM's, add and update the preventative maintenance tracking systemEnsure Central plant is being kept up to acceptable property standards including chilled and heating hot water systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire life safety systemsResponsible for making sure that we are in compliance with all regulations according to Fire Life Safety codes and annual inspection reportsAssists with obtaining proposals from contractors/ outside vendors regarding projects/ services needed while ensuring all contractual work accepted meets hotel standardsGathers direct information from all Supervisors/Managers on daily basis and provides back up reports to the Director of EngineeringAssists in the hiring and disciplinary duties of the departmentWill be required to work weekends, holidays and/or shift work as scheduled by the Director of Engineering to ensure proper operations of the hotelCorrect and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazardsRecord and Maintain all actions in a daily activity maintenance logAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayOversee the resort operations in a lead Engineering positionFollow department policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety policiesInspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective actionAssist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way    Planning and assisting in capital requests and projectAssisting in capital renovations and overseeing constructionOversight of the resorts utility consumption, labor, and operating budget
