Provide support to F&B management team as well as all other duties required for the efficient operation.Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedHandle guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyTo assist in the recruitment and  training of F&B ColleaguesBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingsMaximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotionsHave full knowledge of all Outlet menusManage the departmental budgetFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned
