Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.As an Operations Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Christmas at the Princess Operations Manager; responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Building High-Performing TeamsDevelop, inspire, and retain top talent.Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and guest service.Set and reinforce clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards.Effectively manage and motivate colleagues to achieve operational goals.Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing training for team members.Living the CultureLead by example and make thoughtful, guest-focused operational decisions.Deliver engaging, memorable holiday experiences for every guest.Foster a culture of colleague recognition and teamwork.Build a collaborative team that supports the needs of the event.Operational ExcellenceExecute daily operational plans, including staffing, communication, and event readiness.Manage labor costs and operating expenses while maintaining service standards.Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, resolving guest concerns, vendor issues, and maintenance requests.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Promote safety and loss prevention through daily operations.Maintain OSHA standards to provide a safe working environment for all colleagues.Availability Requirements:Available for seasonal dates of position: November 2nd through January 10thMust be available for shifts beginning at 4 p.m.Must be available to work at least three days per week.Available evenings, weekends and holidaysCome help us create unforgettable holiday memories at Christmas at the Princess!
