Description Robert Half has partnered with a nationwide early childhood education company on a HR Compensation Analyst position. They are currently looking for a compensation analyst to support the director of HR. Reviewing all current compensation plans, and analyzing changes based on market research and planning for next year. Conduct research on industry compensation trends and benchmarks to ensure the organization's compensation packages are competitive. Analyze internal and external compensation data to determine appropriate salary ranges for various positions within the company.
