RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer in Scottsdale, AZ. The Full Stack Web Developer will maintain and improve the web presence both internally and externally. This includes our public facing website as well as our Portal.
Key Tasks:
Full Stack Web Developer will build all solutions to be mobile ready
Implement both front end and back-end development to improve usability of the website and portal
Work closely with our business partners and designers to ensure the most friendly and dynamic experience for our site visitors
Maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools (Git)
Create and distribute mockups or prototypes to depict business requirements
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will execute work within an Agile framework and project methodologies
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues that are escalated
Proactively suggest solutions for both usability and maintainability of our web presence
Actively participate in grooming sessions to ensure functionality built has a fully vetted design
Take an abstract concept and develop concrete next steps towards a successful outcome
Full Stack Web Developer will use knowledge of MVC architecture, cloud architecture and administration
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing professional publications; Establishing personal networks; Benchmarking current practices; Participating in professional societies
Occasional travel throughout the country may be required
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related degree, strongly preferred
Additional years of experience in web developer roles will be considered in lieu of formal education
Minimum of 6 years of overall Programming Experience
Minimum of 3 years of working with C# or similar Object-Oriented Language (e.g., Java, C#, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of working with Programming Languages/Frameworks (.NET MVC, UI/UX/HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX)
Understanding of XML, DOM, JSON, etc.
Experience in a team coding environment
Experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Sitecore)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Has experience using Jira, ServiceNow or similar systems for managing backlog and requirements/user story tracking
Preferred:
Has experience working on Consumer facing, eCommerce websites
Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce) programming experience
Broad knowledge of Integration technologies and capabilities
Sitecore Certifications preferred
