These clubs offer a variety of food and beverage services as well as current periodicals and the latest in media options and technology. In addition to refreshing the lounge and welcoming guests, the Grand Club Attendant/Host is responsible for answering questions and making reservations or recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.· Provide VIP-level service to guests when entering/departing the lounge.· Set up morning buffets.· Ensure the Food and Beverage offerings are refilled throughout the day.· Clearing and cleaning tables in the lounge throughout the day.· Grand Club Activations· Support the Front Desk with stay requests (ex. The ideal candidate will be POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC, and have a passion for Pilates, and for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.    REQUIREMENTS: This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. Must currently lead Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards for the Empowered Pilates Group Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class, while using a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, Bosu Ball, Magic Circle, etc. Prepare creative class flows that are challenging and level appropriate Uphold our core values to ensure a positive studio culture that is inclusive and encouraging Conduct private sessions, semi-private sessions, workshops, private events, and other additional sessions as needed Inspect the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment Assist with membership sales and checking clients in Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio Build studio revenue by promoting retail, membership sales, events, and services by delivering the “Message of the Week” after every class Be a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates.
