These clubs offer a variety of food and beverage services as well as current periodicals and the latest in media options and technology. In addition to refreshing the lounge and welcoming guests, the Grand Club Attendant/Host is responsible for answering questions and making reservations or recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.· Provide VIP-level service to guests when entering/departing the lounge.· Set up morning buffets.· Ensure the Food and Beverage offerings are refilled throughout the day.· Clearing and cleaning tables in the lounge throughout the day.· Grand Club Activations· Support the Front Desk with stay requests (ex.
