Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. Operating within the Real Estate Developers industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role entails working on tasks that require a deep understanding of various technologies and systems.Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems or respond to query escalations. Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved. Gain feedback from customers about computer usage. Install computer peripherals for users. Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur. Utilize and maintain knowledge of Microsoft, Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, and Active Directory. Perform Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware Configuration Management. Requirements Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is essential for this role Experience with Database management required Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a must Knowledge of Lotus Notes is necessary Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is required Experience with Active Directory is crucial Understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary Skills in Configuration Management are important Experience in Deskside Support is required Knowledge of Desktop Hardware is important.
