INSPIRE Leadership Development Program - Amusement & Family Entertainment Operations

The INSPIRE Leadership Development Program is an accelerated leadership pathway designed for driven and emerging hospitality leaders seeking to grow into a future management role within a luxury resort environment.This immersive 18 month program provides hands on leadership experience across multiple areas of Resort Experience operations, including large scale event operations, technical event operations and warehousing, and family entertainment and childcare operations. Participants will work alongside experienced leaders while developing the operational knowledge, leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills necessary to transition into their first management position.The program begins with a strong focus on learning resort operations, SOPs, service standards, and leadership expectations through mentorship and guided development. As the program progresses, participants will take on increasing operational ownership and leadership responsibilities while preparing to become empowered and independent leaders.This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow their hospitality leadership career, thrive in fast paced operational environments, and are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.Leadership Development & OperationsPartner closely with Resort Experience leaders to gain exposure to leadership strategy, operational planning, and decision makingLearn and uphold Fairmont luxury service standards and Resort Experience operational expectationsDevelop strong knowledge of SOPs, operational workflows, safety procedures, and guest experience standardsSupport and perform talent acquisition in all rolesSupport day to day operational leadership across multiple Resort Experience divisionsDemonstrate professionalism, accountability, initiative, and strong leadership presenceFoster a collaborative, guest focused, and positive team cultureLarge Scale Event OperationsSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal activations and resort eventsAssist with operational readiness, staffing support, guest flow, and event logisticsSupport entertainment operations, concessions, guest services, and operational execution during high volume periodsPartner with cross functional teams to ensure seamless event operations and guest experience deliveryTechnical Event Operations & WarehousingSupport technical event installations, lighting and décor operations, and operational setupAssist with warehouse organization, inventory readiness, refurbishment processes, and logistical supportGain exposure to technical operations planning, safety standards, and equipment oversightSupport installation and strike timelines during seasonal activations and large-scale eventsFamily Entertainment & Childcare OperationsSupport daily operations of family focused resort experiences including Camp Trailblazers and Day Camp programmingAssist with staffing readiness, operational execution, guest engagement, and program supportGain exposure to childcare compliance standards, onboarding, training, and SOP executionSupport the development and delivery of engaging family experiences aligned with resort standardsTeam Support & Guest ExperienceAssist with colleague supervision, operational support, and training readinessSupport guest recovery situations and help resolve operational challenges professionally and efficientlyMaintain high standards of organization, presentation, cleanliness, and operational readinessParticipate in leadership development conversations, mentorship opportunities, and performance coaching
