The Lead Retail Sales Associate is a full-time hourly leadership position responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the daily operations of the resort's luxury retail boutiques. As a sales-focused leader and shop advocate, this role serves as the primary point person on the sales floor, coaching and inspiring associates to achieve sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation, merchandising, and operational excellence.Reporting directly to the Retail Supervisor, the Lead Retail Sales Associate oversees daily shop operations, supports the development of the sales team, and ensures consistent execution of company selling strategies.
