As a Maintenance Technician, you perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure a safe and fully functional environment for our guests. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and proactive approach are essential in preserving a safe, efficient, and welcoming property experience.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the overall maintenance of the of the facilityRespond to guest room calls for general maintenance issuesAct as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and calls for medical assistanceLight plumbing, electrical, guest door lock repairCorrect and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazardsMaintain all actions in a Daily Activity Maintenance logsAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned
