Description If you're an Office Assistant looking to gain experience working for a growing firm, this opportunity offered through Robert Half may be a great match for you! This position would be best suited for candidates that are highly-skilled self-starters that enjoy handling multiple projects at once. This opportunity would be most compatible with individuals that are highly-motivated and ambitious. A long-term contract / temporary Office Assistant position is currently available in the Scottsdale, Arizona area.THIS ROLE IS AVAILABLE WITH PART-TIME HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY
Assess and restock pantries on a total of each floor.
Track daily, weekly and monthly snack consumption to identify quantities needed for upcoming orders.
Refill and restock cart to disperse snack items on each pantry and/or fridge.
Refill and restock cart to disperse drink items in every fridge.
Replenish coffee grounds and/or supplies.
Assess restroom supplies needed in all restrooms.
Refill and restock restroom stationary supplies daily and as need.
Meeting room supply restocking.
Assist with client's admin requests such as but not limited to: swag distribution, mail distribution and organization, and meeting room readiness.
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Office
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
Succeed independently with tasks
