As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning moments into memories for our guests".Reporting to the Privado Managers, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceOversee all aspects of the Privado Lobby Food & Beverage service, including set-up and break down of morning pastries, afternoon trail mix, and charcuterie serviceRetrieve, wash, dry and stock dishes after each service periodServe beer, wine and Cava to guests upon arrival and during their stayHost happy hour activation for guests on the weekendOversee cleanliness and complete public areas duties for the Privado lobby, such as cleaning of bathrooms, re-stocking towels and tidying the interior and back patio spacesPick-up Food & Beverage orders from the loading dockTrack inventory each weekCoordinate and facilitate VIP item delivery requests as neededAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned
