Click apply reply or call me at the number below!Job Type : ContractLocation : Scottsdale ArizonaPay : Great Pay!Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing :Perform routine and nonroutine analysis functions in general accounting accounts payable or accounts receivable.Responsible for process improvements and standardizing and streamlining procedures.Create written desktop procedures and provide training.Develop metrics for business units and assist in research and correction of reconciliation discrepancies.Conduct reconciliations of internal accounting data systems and resolve variances as needed.Actively pursue process improvements and identify success criteria from the customers perspective.Maintain ongoing partnerships with customers to improve service levels and meet their needs.Research and resolve discrepancies on general ledger accounts related to the area of responsibility.Provide input to the management team and propose recommendations for maximizing production efficiencies.Assist with implementation of standards and streamlining processes.Oversee and participate in M&A activities such as system and process integrations.Gather and prepare metrics or reporting for the supported business unit.Analyze offshore production against Service Level Agreements (SLA) to identify quality turnaround time and productivity issues and suggest solutions to the management team.Experience you will need :Critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.Problemsolving capabilities to identify complex problems and develop solutions.Conceptual understanding of accounting and finance principles.Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications.Excellent analytical verbal and written communication skills.Ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions.Experience facilitating meetings with highlevel crossfunctional teams.Experience with mainframe systems; Oracle experience preferred.Solid seniorlevel accounts payable experience.Analytical mindset positive attitude and enjoyment of team environments.Experience in a large company setting is a significant plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
