Onsemi is seeking a Sr Director for wide bandgap technology ramp to drive the fast and high quality ramp of new technologies in front end internal factories for wide band gap technologies. This engineer will need to work with device team, package development, product engineering from fab tool selection, module unit process development, process integration flow, to make enable new technologies and new products to be meet customer requirement, manufacturable, high quality to enable fast time to market.This is a “hands on” position. The successful candidate is expected to be able to work independently as well as within teams.
