Position Overview The Technical Product Manager - Integrations is responsible for providing technical support for our product integration efforts and will be responsible for the product discovery, requirements, oversee key aspects of the product engineering process, and provide coordination, communication and be the product evangelist across the organization. Responsibilities:
Provide direction and oversight to product development teams and manage and communicate project schedules
Lead the efforts on technical discovery for new integrations, features and products including, writing technical requirements including data mappings and product UX requirements.
Define the product roadmap, incorporating feedback from leadership and development teams
Remain involved in all stages of the product life cycle
Drive the development process, correlating and synthesizing information and talents from multiple teams and departments in order to maximize efficiency and intelligent development processes.
Prototype proposed solutions (in partnership with others), articulate their value proposition and secure buy-in.
Document integration processes and procedures, including testing and troubleshooting procedures, and provide training and support to clients on their use.
Assist with data validation throughout the integration process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other consultants, developers, and product managers, to ensure the successful implementation of integration solutions.
Complete projects on time and with a client satisfaction rating of 4 or higher.

Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or in a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in an engineering, product/technical product management, data integrations/analysis role or similar experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in reading and/or writing code and creating sample documentation and product demos
Experience in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and ability to manage project timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
