ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Senior Web Manager, you will be responsible for managing website front end, back end, maintenance, and updates. This includes performance and uptime, website data accuracy and completeness, enhancing functionality, SEO, site updates, content, hosting, backups, graphics, and design. This is a high visibility role that requires flexibility and innovation to help grow the still nascent website and digital marketing efforts. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys building and having the opportunity to greatly influence the direction of website and marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee lifestance.com national website as well as numerous legacy regional websites until they are redirected to the national website
• Manage:
o Assist, and ultimately lead, ongoing redirecting of acquired regional websites to national website
o In house and third-party web development resources and CMS specialist
o Website content such as adding clinician and location information to websites as well as UX enhancements
o Site maintenance-update website and plugins, run broken link checks and speed insight report, security such as SSL certificates, third party hosting
• Website compliance with laws and regulations (e.g. CCPA, HIPAA)
• Partner with:
o Digital team on website product features and functionality
o Director, Growth on intersection of digital marketing and website including SEO efforts
o Director, Creative on creative and copy writing needs for website
o Director, Marketing Analytics on test & learn and CRO; tagging for conversion tracking and remarketing; for website data via Google Analytics
o Regional Team members on acquisitions and legacy sites for redirects of their websites
o External partners on website, marketing, CRO, etc
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years website experience on websites and managing web teams - specifically on site developments, CMS updates, and website team members including developers, CMS specialists, and agencies (preferably Wordpress sites)
• Agency work
• Experience with and/or knowledge of the following is highly preferred:
o HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery
o Web design
o Google Search Console
o SEMRush
o Website cloud hosting (eg Azure, GCP, AWS)
o Conversion rate optimization (CRO)/AB/multivariate testing
o Convert, Google Optimize or similar website testing/personalization tools
o Google Tag Manager (GTM)
o Google Analytics
o Digital marketing concepts
