Horne Collision Center has an immediate opening for a Full Time Office Coordinator.
Hourly pay plus bonus Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
Attention to details
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Customer service-oriented - smiles are always appreciated!
Good phone etiquette
Responsible and Respectful for self and their work environment
Enjoy working in a team setting
Can adapt quickly to change
Duties will include:
Answering phones
Researching repair orders for customers and insurance companies
Preparing Repair Orders
Scheduling repairs
Data Entry- some entry will require basic QuickBook knowledge ( We will train if needed )
Travel to Post Offices and Bank
