Are you a people person with a passion for exceptional service? As a CSR, you’ll be the friendly face and voice our customers rely on. Your role includes answering inquiries, processing payments, filling propane bottles, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
Computer literate
Friendly and professional communication
Detail-oriented and dependable
Key Responsibilities:
Customer interaction via phone, email, and in-person
Answer questions about propane safety, billing, and services
Process payments (credit cards, checks, etc.)
Fill propane bottles safely
Reconcile delivery tickets
Book payments and update customer accounts
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate documentation
