What We’re Looking For
Hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented
Carpentry, trim, handyman, or finishing experience a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
Comfortable reading a tape measure and working with tight tolerances
Steady, organized, and able to follow directions
Must enjoy learning new skills and working on varied projects
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable attendance
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 lbs, stand for long periods (ergonomic mats provided), and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, bending, squatting, and crawling.
