Destination Motorsports is a very fast growing multi line powersports dealership in Springerville Arizona and we are looking for experienced motorcycle and powersports technicians to help us with the extreme volume of work that we have been blessed with. We work on every make, model and year of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Snowmobiles and Watercraft. We currently have two months of backlogged work and we are in the middle of winter.
The position being offered here is for a seasoned self starter tech that is proficient at diagnostics as well as repair, has own tools and reliable transportation to work, works well with others, has a strong work ethic and operates with integrity.
The amount of work we have even in the off season will allow a seasoned tech to all but set their own pay scale.
Technicians here are paid on a flat rate scale starting at $35.00 per billed hour with performance bonus and increase in commission offered when ability demands. Paid vacation 1 week after 12 months and 2 weeks after 24 months. Signing and or relocation bonus available to the right fit. SHOW ME
