Stan Greer Millworks is looking for an accounting assistant to work with our busy accounting team. Primary responsibility is Data Entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Must have a positive attitude and be motivated. Ability to Read, write, and speak English fluently so as to communicate instructions to the rest of crew and supervisors as well as understand vendors, customers, and other contractors. Ability to represent company in a professional manor with regard to customer concerns, problems, or issues. Strong mathematical, and computer skills. Ability to do complete and accurate work. Ability to multitask. Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times. Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to climb up and down a flight of stairs between departments several time during a day. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks, HR, and the construction industry not required but is a plus. This position overs longevity, growth with the company and benefits after 90 days.
