This is a great opportunity for a polished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in corporate law support.The role offers a hybrid schedule, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing complex legal documentation and administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and legal support to corporate attorneys including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparationDraft, format, and proofread legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and correspondenceMaintain and organize client files, corporate records, and transaction materialsAssist with filings, document tracking, and compliance-related tasksCoordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to support legal operationsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismSupport billing and time entry processes as neededRequired QualificationsPrior experience as a legal secretary in a law firm supporting corporate attorneysStrong understanding of corporate law terminology and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem solvingBenefits:Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
