McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT) is seeking candidates for a full-time Site Program Lead on-site in Fort Huachuca, AZ. 
This Site Program Lead is a key personnel position responsible for the management, administration, and technical oversight of support services provided under this contract. 
This individual serves as the primary liaison between the contractor and Government personnel, ensuring the successful execution of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills while maintaining a proactive and responsive.The Site Project Lead will: 
Serve as the primary interface between contractor personnel and Government leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and support services.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the PWS requirements, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are executed in accordance with contract specifications.
Provide management oversight, guiding contractor personnel in achieving performance objectives and maintaining high operational standards.
Ensure timely and effective administrative coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), including the submission of reports, compliance documentation, and performance metrics.
Lead and participate in regular meetings with the Government, including the Resource Manager, Senior Government representatives (GS-14/GS-15), and other designated personnel, ensuring all discussions are pre-coordinated with the COR.
Record and maintain meeting documentation in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring all recordings are accurate, unaltered, and available within 24 hours upon request.
Maintain situational awareness and personnel accountability for all contractor staff, including those in Temporary Duty (TDY) locations, particularly in Force Protection situations.
Coordinate with the Program Lead and Government stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all contract deliverables and resolve any issues impacting performance.
Comply with all security, operational, and procedural requirements outlined in the contract, ensuring alignment with Government policies and directives.
Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in project management, contract management, or leadership roles supporting Federal Government programs.
Demonstrated experience managing Government contracts, overseeing personnel, and ensuring compliance with contract performance metrics.
Strong understanding of Federal Government acquisition processes, policies, and contracting mechanisms.
Proficiency in program management methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and operational oversight.
Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, fostering effective communication and coordination between contractor personnel and Government stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational, administrative, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Active Top-Secret Security Clearance.
