You will be responsible for hiring waitstaff and other positions.
Training new recruits and building a detail oriented TEAM that will provide our guests a repeated beautiful experience.
-Accountable for ensuring a profitable operation.
-Advanced understanding of how to meet Prime Cost minimum goals.
-Find new ways to promote the restaurant through community events and sponsorship opportinities.
-Focus on building sales and forecasting future performance, inside and to-go sales strategies A MUST.
-Producer all labor schedules for FOH/ BOH staff, meet/exceed minumum labor cap budget percentages
-Ensure all waitstaff comply with Health Department regulations and maintain their ServSafe certification
-Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to coach, train and motivate employees
-Follow and enforce all company policies
-Problem solving and conflict management
Job Type: Full-time: 6 Day week.
Pay: $25-$30 p/Hr + semi-weekly performance bonuses.
