Investors' Property Services, a well-established, 45-year-old privately held commercial and residential real estate company, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will perform skilled and unskilled tasks to maintain and improve property functions on behalf of property owners. This is a full-time role with a focus on high-level property maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry, electrical, and basic plumbing tasks.

Install appliances, light fixtures, and other building fixtures.

Paint interior and exterior walls and trim.

Repair parking lots, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces using asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete.

Operate pressure washers to maintain parking areas and walkways.

Maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, including replacing switches, fuses, and other worn parts.

Repair and maintain equipment such as trucks, street sweepers, and riding mowers.

Assist other departments with furniture moves and supplies.

Perform other maintenance duties as needed and directed by management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).

1-2 years of related maintenance experience (Make Ready experience preferred).

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.

Proficiency with various maintenance tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction when needed.

Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain high productivity.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Closed on weekends, but on-call when needed).

Compensation:

Salary based on experience.
