Are you a self-motivated individual whose experience and education have provided you with the tools to work as a Commercial Field Service Technician? If so, then this may be the perfect employment opportunity for you. This opportunity is for a position with a local Owner Operator of McDonald’s franchised restaurants. Areas to be supported: Benson, Douglas, Willcox, Sierra Vista, Nogales, Rio Rico and Tucson.
Primarily responsible for the diagnosis of equipment failures and as necessary the ordering and installation of replacement parts. In addition to this, Service Technicians may be responsible for the installation of new equipment and will participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
Requirements:
Use troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to install, repair and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude including electronics, gas, and refrigeration. Refrigeration technicians must be EPA certified. When not otherwise engaged in support of equipment services, the tech may assist in other maintenance work throughout the organization involving manual labor as well as the performance of skilled and semi-skilled tasks.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
A valid driver's license along with an acceptable driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude including electronics, gas, and refrigeration.
Refrigeration technicians must be EPA certified.
Must be highly safety conscious.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
