Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient and on-time production
Perform setup and adjustments to machinery according to production specifications
Monitor production processes and conduct quality control checks to ensure the product meets company standards
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, making adjustments or repairs as necessary
Manage inventory including receiving, storing, and organizing materials and finished products
Ensure materials are supplied to production areas as needed
Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks) to move products and supplies

Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of related manufacturing experience or transferable skillsets
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to work 12-hour days and at least one weekend day
Ability to meet company standard metrics and work within a team environment
Experience in a greenfield manufacturing facility is a plus but not required
Previous experience in solar module or EV automotive manufacturing is a plus
Work EnvironmentWork in a brand new manufacturing facility with 42 work stations on the line. The facility operates on two shifts: D1 (6a-6:30p) and D2 (6a-6:30p). D1 shift operates Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday. D2 shift operates Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.Benefits
