As a Business Resiliency Associate in the Incident Management team, you will work with a team during incident response situations, to maintain daily operational readiness, and improve response efficiency. During incidents, you will be responsible for working directly with the Incident Management Lead in coordinating overall Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) response to ensure adequate services levels are maintained internally or through third party relationships. After incident response events you will be responsible for creating and updating procedures as well as constantly driving process improvement, leading a multitude of projects, and building relationships with key business partners.Job Responsibilities:

Work with a team of Incident Managers in response to unplanned business resiliency incidents which impact any CCB asset or function.

Assist in facilitating executive-level meetings within CCB during incidents to capture impacts, report status, and align relevant parties.

Partner with Global Security, Global Technology, Global Real Estate and Cybersecurity (as appropriate) during firmwide crises to disseminate critical information throughout CCB and provide CCB's status for firmwide reporting.

Research and monitor emerging and active incidents to determine actual and potential business impacts, including impacts to branch, operational and corporate sites, and personnel, globally.

Maintain and execute against the CCB Business Resiliency Incident Framework and Incident Communications Playbook.

Create cohesion and consistency within the team by updating procedures, training employees, and keeping the team organized and in a consistent state of readiness.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

3+ years in Business Resiliency/Continuity, Incident Management, Project Management, and/or Process Development and Improvement

Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written channels

Extreme attention to detail

Ability to multi task, work under tight deadlines and retain maximum organization throughout a project

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
