You will be responsible for working with credit analysts, funders and loan integrity officers to investigate factors that need to be clarified with customers and subsequently contacting customers to obtain the required information. The verification process is based on existing credit policies and operations procedures.You will also be responsible for managing a pipeline with a service level commitment to automotive dealers. Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong time management skills are required to ensure exceptional customer service. This role is a great introduction to the auto business and can provide a solid foundation for advancement and growth within Chase Auto.Shift/Schedule: The primary hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Pacific Time with rotating Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm.Job responsibilities Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence Interact with dealers, external customers and internal departments within Chase Conduct employment and insurance verification Investigate and verify pertinent loan information Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors Meet or exceed quality control audits Participate in the document retention processRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Strong communication skills Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines Customer service and/or retail sales experience Attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt within a changing environment Interpersonal and problem-solving skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Auto Finance experience and experience within a call center environment preferredChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
