Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionYou’ll be the first point-of-contact for our customers. You’ll answer their requests through phone, chat and/or email — this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. And don’t worry, you won’t be asked to read from a script or learn dialogue by heart — we’ll provide you with the training you need to problem solve for our customers. Hard Skills

This is a contract position with a duration 4+ months – supporting peak and holiday into January.

Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tempe, Arizona and some days remote. M ost teams are 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. There is one team that is 5 days in-office.
