Job DescriptionA client in Tempe, AZ is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This person will serve as the liaison to gather the requirements and provide documentation for infrastructure and information security project. This person will work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.Primary ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, surveys, workshops, and document analysis to gather business requirements for the GRC application.Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and use cases.Work with the IT and networking team to translate business requirements into specifications.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
