Here’s what you can expect:Training Program: Start with a four-month contract training program to study for and obtain your SIE. You’ll receive extensive training on our systems and products, along with hands-on coaching and support.Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for advisors and their investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily. You’ll manage everything from simple account inquiries to complex financial transactions.Daily Activities:World-Class Service: Deliver stellar experiences with each interaction, embodying our client-centric values.Problem Solving & Advising: Use your critical thinking skills to resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.Research & Navigation: Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions.Collaboration & Innovation: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.Career & Community: Participate in coaching, career development activities, and events to connect with colleagues and build community.What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.Registration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required or obtained within the 4-month contract.Experience: 2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.Core Skills: High empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in using computers and customer service software, and a desire for continuous learning.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Desirable: Experience in or education about the financial services industry.Work Environment:Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 3 days a week in Tempe/ 2 days w week remote Shift: 1st shift, available between 8am-8pm EST.Remote Work: Must have a proper work-from-home setup for remote days.Expected Interview Date10/18/2024Expected Start Date11/18/2024About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
