Contract to hire: 6+ month contract to hire (W2) with extensionsTOP SKILLS: Targeting around 3-5 years of experience but the number of years is less important than the technical skills. It's absolutely critical that they have all the technology being used for the ID teamThey will work in Articulate, Storyline, Vyond, etc. on a daily basis. They have to understand this is creative to a point, but they need to be able to bang out edits and design without endless ideation. Very deadline driven.Example Projects:This individual will be responsible for revamping and redesigning existing compliance content, such as annual sexual harassment training, IT security training, etc. They will be working to do edits and full redesigns in some scenarios, for almost exclusively e-learning content.Why work here:This will start as a six-month contract but has the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
