Responsibilities
We are seeking Entry Level AWS SOFTWARE ENGINEERS who have some experience with software or programs within the AWS cloud-based platform to join our State Farm team.
Some responsibilities would include:
Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
Implement the application's CI/CD pipeline
Commitment to automation in a cloud environment
Applies understanding of development tools, processes, applications, programming languages and environments to assignments
Designs and develops full-stack applications using industry-adopted languages and frameworks
Enables AWS migration activities through design and development-related work items and architectural engagement
Provides support for problem and issue resolution and provides technical consultation and direction to business and product team members
Integrates industry best practices into processes and potential solutions
Qualifications
We Are Looking For Candidates With:
Strong aptitude to learn new languages and frameworks
Experience with building and maintaining cloud-native applications using AWS core services (IAM, KMS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, Route 53, etc.)
Ability to use Terraform or a related Infrastructure as Code technology to manage Infrastructure
