This Managing Director (MD) of Product will report to the Head of Home Lending Transformation and will be responsible for the strategy and execution of work for our Chase MyHome digital engagement platform that supports the customer's entire Home Lending journey. This journey includes the process of shopping for a loan, applying for and securing a home loan, utilizing home management features and ultimately using Chase for future home lending needs. The Product Director will collaborate across teams both within Home Lending and throughout Consumer Lending to create compelling customer experiences, leverage capabilities across various Lines of Business and deepen Chase relationships. The Chase MyHome platform, which is central to our Home Lending digital business strategy, receives over 1 million customer visits per month.Job Responsibilities:

Set strategic direction and vision for the Chase MyHome product team

Define priorities and drive team efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the product lifecycle

Collaborate across other product teams to build seamless client journeys and create strategies that deepen customer relationships across the organization

Develop and implement a long-term strategy to effectively engage customers, based on market opportunity valuation, sales and pricing, and customer needs

Define and take responsibility for decisions and activities that significantly impact the organization's P&L, related metrics, and Product OKRs

Understand the underlying technology that drives products, including ownership of tech assets needed for product development

Remove roadblocks, resolve impediments and find creative solutions to keep teams moving forward

Manage other senior managers, fostering a security-first mindset and ensuring the organization's risk and controls frameworks are in place

Promote talent, diversity and inclusion by managing to the unique capabilities and distinctions of team

Represent the firm at industry forums

Required Qualifications and Skills:

10 years+ of demonstrated results in product management and proven expertise in driving complex digital experience and strategy

Experience leading product lines that require complex operational systems and programming, have a number of complex regulatory concerns and have a major impact on the corporation's profitability

Experience identifying strategic solutions and creating a trusting environment that encourages others to develop creative solutions to realize the firm's strategy

Experience working through thought leadership and influence in a highly matrixed environment

Experience optimizing environments for teams, removing impediments and managing executive sponsorship to accomplish goals o Working in scaled agility frameworks (Lean, Agile, etc.) and using Agile backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence)

Ability to conceptualize new ideas and synthesize large amounts of data to tell a relevant story

Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design and data sciences representatives.

Demonstrated communication and influence with executives, stakeholders, regulators and matrix managed partners

Well-versed on innovation and technology trends across the industry

BS/BA required; MBA preferred

Subject matter expertise in Home Lending business preferred
