You’ll partner with teams to understand the problems and oversee the solutions and outcomes. You will develop internal communication structures and content for the Merchant Services Organization and partners. Your focus is on shaping the future of internal communication, influencing strategies for scale and automation, and leading initiatives that influence us. You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager of OpEx, and you will help enhance operational efficiency and advocate for our organization's vision. Operate as a project manager and lead initiatives to achieve quarterly goals.

Manage all internal communication efforts across Merchant Services.

Ensure all communication is clear, and foster understanding and implementation across all teams.

You are data-driven and understand how to measure meaningful results to show the employee’s experience.

Develop employee engagement strategies, events, and workshops.

Partner with other project managers in OpEx and people leadership to communicate new systems and structures within the team to the department.

Support OpEx projects that span across all MxS teams.

Level up our people process with our primary objective in mind to ensure our employees have an engaging and performance-driven experience.

Build and complete projects across the MxS team. Partner with Phoenix-wide colleagues to ensure projects are consistent across teams.

Collaborate with partners and other teams, influencing workstreams that support our organization's goals.

Help shape strategies to achieve Merchant Services’ and DoorDash's "BHAGs" by providing valuable insights and guidance.

Manage team-wide initiatives to contribute to their success and influence.

You have 4+ years of experience leading complex and collaborative projects, specifically geared toward communication.

You have experience creating content to inform, educate, or train employees, customers, or clients.

You’re a communication expert and can work in multiple formats including video, slides & written content.

You manage initiatives and implement future state plans.

You have proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and influencing operational improvements

You collaborate with different teams and departments.
