Your results will power and steer the next generation of national defense missiles, spacecraft, and aircraft and urban air mobility systems. You will work under minimal supervision of the Gold Business Enterprise Product Line Director, execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer Support. You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate, Direct, Lead a diverse, global program team with multiple cross-functional members
Ability to work independently
Primary point of contact for Customer
Define, Generate and Implement Program Plans, including Budget & Schedule
Drive on-time execution
Adhere to the IPDS process including Flawless Launch
Execute the Management OS
Facilitate forecast analysis
Facilitate capacity analysis
Mentor members of team
Facilitate positive team communications and morale
Present programmatic details to varying levels of leadership
Summarize key issues & actions
Manage all aspects of program execution from capturing Customer requirements, design, and delivery to Customer
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
BS/BA/Master’s degree in engineering or business
Minimum 8 years of Project / Program Management or Engineering experience
US Citizenship due to contractual constraints

Experience interfacing with US DOD Missile customers and / or agencies highly preferred
Managing hardware line of balance for programs
Has authority, is accountable for program execution
