job detailsjob summary:The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for overseeing cross-functional engineering teams, including Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software design, while coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Repair departments. The role requires significant customer interaction, planning and budgeting skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Required:-Bachelor's degree in technical field

6 month contract with possible extensionlocation: TEMPE, Arizonajob type: Contractsalary: $50 - 70 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:

Develop program/project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Identify risks and create contingency plans to mitigate schedule delays or technical issues.

Coordinate with Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams.

Ensure all technical and delivery requirements for customers are met

Interface with customers on program issues, schedules, and budgets.

Manage correspondence internally to maintain customer confidence.

Monitor and manage production deliverables from engineering to manufacturing.

Ensure timely product releases

Oversee engineering budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking across projects.

Propose and implement new methods, processes, or tools to enhance product/service quality, timeliness, or cost-effectiveness.

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 7 years of experience

Education: Bachelors (required)
