Strategic Sourcing Specialist II

Support Sourcing Managers in executing the Regional Projects/ Site Sourcing plans per Annual Operation Plan and Strategic Plan. You will support the Sourcing Managers to drive competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will support Sourcing Managers in managing Supplier Performance for a respective commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment and act as project owner across multiple initiatives. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations. Key Responsibilities

Execute compliance packages in support of amendments/contract approvals with company processes and procedures

Understand, submit and ensure approval of packages in support of supplier transition efforts

Draft, negotiate and execute non-disclosure agreements

Release, collect and analyze requests for quote including but not limited to transfer of information via AECS or other approved systems

Execute credit memos

Draft amendments and contracts though contract system

Support supplier management changes via Compass or other impacted systems

Support Business for Sourcing scope needs for Projects

Prepare Sourcing Plans for Project or site applying Sole source elimination, e sourcing, Value Engineering and High Growth region sourcing techniques

Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process,

Supplier performance processes

Work with Internal Sourcing, business and other stakeholders for Procure to Payment process

The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $91,800. 1+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Pricing Analysis

1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office software
