This is a hybrid work opportunity that will require at least 3 days onsite presence in either Irvine, CA or Tempe, AZ Job Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology Collaborate with ERS and Registrars in identifying tuition billing issues and efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process. Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) of tuition billing process. Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions. Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses. Other duties as assigned.
